How to make a screenshot 

1. Using the keyboard

  • Capture the entire screen: tap the Windows key + Print Screen key.
  • The screenshot will be in ‘My Pictures’ folder > ‘Screenshots’

2. Using a plugin

  • Download the plugin (also known as a browser extension):

  • CloudHG because it can turn the image into a link!

Storage/File sharing

Long gone are the days of binders and files and running between offices to share documents. For easy document sharing and storage of documents, video and audio files use: 

  • Dropbox: free version available of 2GB
  • Google Drive: free access if you have Google mail. Offers a set of tools like a calendar, docs, excel spreadsheets and make sharing between colleagues and team members easier.
